Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the billing, cancellation, and refund terms for services provided through San Diego Pulmonary Concierge Medicine.

Membership and Billing
Patients are enrolled in a concierge medical program that provides ongoing access to physician services. Fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis and are typically charged in advance of each service period.

Cancellations

Patients may cancel their membership at any time by providing written or verbal notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Services will remain available through the remainder of the paid period.

Refunds
Due to the nature of concierge medical services and the reservation of physician availability, refunds are generally not provided once a billing cycle has begun. This includes partial months or unused services within an active billing period.

Exceptional Circumstances
Requests for refunds outside of the standard policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the practice. Any approved refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the billing period when applicable.

Disputes
The practice is committed to addressing any billing concerns promptly and professionally. Patients are encouraged to contact the office directly to resolve any issues. Every effort is made to ensure transparency and patient satisfaction, and disputes are handled in good faith.

By enrolling in the concierge program, patients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
